Fact is he quit with 0.1.0 in act2, after getting the little progress he made deleted a few times, during trials.
Maybe he will come back, if the next hype train goes through his town. But I dont think so. His opinion is, nah Im good bro.
I am just here, because I really like the game itself. But what would make the game enjoyable is missing without loot. It is not even, that loot is not there at all. It is just never enough to have more than a suboptimal build. If I were just struggeling to get a maxroll on all my 6 slot and a good corrupt, I wouldnt even complain.

There are so many on this thread that are saying loot drops suck. Everytime you add to this thread, the top post is "Loot is actually great".

If you really believe loot drops are the main issue, add to the post. "LOOT is the issue" keep it up there. Make sure the devs see it

I'm still on T5-6. Still.
Nothing on my character came from the ground. Not a single thing.
(well, other than charms and flasks).
Everything else came from trade. Not to make my guy zip through T15s or endgame bosses (lol that will never happen) but just to make him functional to the point I can at least survive running away due to resistances.
Still getting one shot by stuff on screen or mystery deaths. (nothing like insta dying and the omen is still in your bag)

I'm not trying to be OP, I'm trying to survive and nothing is dropping thats useful. That is literally all I'm asking for.
I'm on T5/T6. Nothing useful drops.
I need a game changing drop to get me out of this rut.
My tree is fine.
My skills and supports are fine.
Yes I'm playing an off meta.
Yes I'm playing an unpopular ascendency.
I shouldn't be friggin punished for it.

Getting into maps and trying to get the ball rolling is difficult enough.
If nothing you can use drops then you're forced to trade.
You cant trade without currency.
You cant farm currency without gear.
This is unbelievably frustrating.

I just want something useful.

Currently less than 50k people are playing. Good numbers? Really? 0.1.0 had almost 400k players 3 weeks in.
Yes, drop offs are normal, but not an 80% drop off barely 3 weeks into a league. 0.1.0 had barely lost 25% of people that time around.

No one is "screeching". A vast majority of players is telling them that this ain't it with playtime, or rather lack thereof. They can keep their vision and create a game that is enjoyed by a niche audience of like 50k people or less lol, but ultimately they have to pay bills. They'll come around eventually, or let the game die due to their own stubborness.

That is what I am saying. I wouldnt even complain. And a six slot is only a mirror tier because it is so rare on the ground. The material to make it costs a fortune alone. If they were common a true maxroll would be a mirror. And everybody else just has fun with a 85% maxroll. Exactly like with every usable unique right now. Do not see a downside here. It is not that hard to buy a good rolled 6 slot. It will just get more and more expensive.

It’s just 4K less than LEs brand new league. Both are destroying POE and D4. There isn’t a huge difference between 0.1 and 0.2 content wise. Sure there are going to be plenty of ADHD kids dropping off because the game requires you to pay attention and doesn’t shower you with loot.

Everything i was running up until T15s were "from the ground". It's almost as if people aren't using their blue orbs and expect to drop a good rare from the get go. I swear, after readin some posts i sometimes feel as if i'm playing a completely different game.
