PS5 - CE-108255-1, Loading Screen crash
That's a good question — is it not considered a priority? Or do they not yet see enough value in what we're offering? From my perspective, this issue should be treated as a hotfix or something urgent to show a genuine intention to resolve the problem. We still don't know the root cause of the issue. I understand that the team might be on an extended holiday, but this is also affecting our own holiday time.

" I would say the same thing in case, when I need more time to investigate. If you solved issue, locally, why not deploy patch already to avoid pissed off people? 😀🚩 |

Even though I bought the game for the same price, I am keenly aware of the difference in service quality between PC and console.
It is clearly abnormal that the fact that it is still impossible to log in and the official announcement has been ignored. |

" Maybe coz right now they add private leagues in poe1, btw only for pc users, and when they deploy next version of 0.2.0 for poe2 they will add that fix. Or maybe not, silence is killing and without proper community manager they will lose all respect from people and no one will play this game not because game is bad but because situations like this, where you get crucial error and game supports just say gtfo in gently style. Im already switched to last epoch like mostly of they content creators. |

I am now unable to re-enter the game. I had several crashes (infinite loop) when I took a portal back to the trial of chaos. I have to close the game via the ps5 menu. Reentering is not possible. I am on the loading screen. Ok thanks |
