Why didn't you close the servers?

Crashing issue with one character – CE-108262-9 (PS5)
Hi GGG Support, I’m experiencing a serious crash issue on PS5 related to one specific character in the current league. • PSN: UnihocGonta • Character Name: Gontiii • League: Current Seasonal League Whenever I try to log in with this character, the game crashes and I get error code CE-108262-9 on my PS5. This does not happen with my other characters, including old league ones and even new HC seasonal characters. This suggests the problem is tied to something specific with this character (e.g., a corrupted area, item, or passive). Could you please look into this and possibly reset the area instance, or advise if anything can be done to recover this character? |
