Y9u do not own path of exile 2, I do own it and been playing ot for a while now

The only way you will regain access is just to purchase the game again, I tried over the support line and they kept saying taht I didn't have access due to not owning the game even though i did.
So I just had to buy the game for the second time which was amazing.
So if you don't have access still I'd suggest just rebuy the game if you wish to continue playing because it will not change
