Same here, still getting the “Your account does not have access to Path of Exile Early Access. Redeem an Early Access key on our website or purchase access now.” I purchased a key upon initial launch back in December 2024.

Is any update regarding locked account? My friend bought game through xbox market and his accesss got denied, while website says he have the access. He doesn't share game with nobody so I have no idea what's going on?

Seems like anyone who used a key on xbox cant play. If your using a key on an account that was not the original account the key was given to.
Definitely a big issue cause it has made people who had received the game as a gift from a friend lose out. I reached out to support and they just keep telling me to rebuy their game or have my friend contact them. Funny thing is my friend cant contact them because he already has a ticket hes been waiting on since November and they sent him an message saying if he sends them another email it he will get put to back of a waiting list. Please look into this so a bunch of us dont have to trouble our friends into contacting you guys |

I got this error a while ago on PC (i had 2 keys)and i bought another key on Pc that fixed ist for me. Now i get the rror on Xbox again, sorry i dont buy anything no more. Fix it please or refund my chests that i bought.

Just tried emailing support per Adam_GGG’s guidance. They are asking for a 4 digit discriminator? What is this and why would they need this? I purchased a key upon initial launch in December 2024 and I purchased another key this morning. Now I’m out another $30 and still can’t login. Very disappointing.
