Another Issue I feel like happens a lot is that once an enemy closes the gap on a Sorc we have no real way to deal with it other than just kill it now that freeze/electrocute buildup has been nerfed. Maybe only have the bosses have reduced freeze/electrocute buildup
I still don't know why Eldritch Battery needed to be a conversion to mana in the first place...

Having the shield protect your right resource orb instead of your left is such a more intresting solution. By having it that way, as it always was btw, It would fix the absurd mana scaling and the insane EHP granted in combination with MoM, which imo (with a 100% absorb) is strong enought as it is. MoM could, instead of 50% less mana recovery, have the Line: "your energy shield is 0", since MoM does only activate when damage goes to life, not to ES.

Glad to see that there are still ways to partially spread damage taken between life and mana, even though the skillpoint cost is very heavy (9 passives to reach 34%, +40% manareg and 15 int as side effects, plus the clusters are very spread out on the three). I always loved the interaction between Bloodmagic and Eldritch Battery and MoM, letting you spread out your damage taken between Life and Energy shield.

I decided to add some of the gem and item stuff anyway.

Skill gems
Lightning conduit seems slightly too expensive maybe a 5% reduction.
Ember fusillade needs a buff to the projectile count or maybe have it channel passively instead of manually.
All the elemental fire spells other than flame wall seem really bad I haven't felt like they are worth running when I looked at the skill tree and how ignite works.
Nerfs to conductivity, Hypothermia, and Flammability were build devastators.
Spark projectile count seems low. Even after trying fork and pierce support in tier 16 maps the amount of enemies just overwhelms it now that it does less single hit damage.
Spark movement speed seems extremely low now that it cant just melt screens. It feels bad to not be able to really clear big waves and evade when freeze and stun are such an issue.

Support gems

Zenith at 90% mana doesn't seem very feasable right now when most full rotations empty that way to quickly. Could it be lowered to 80%? (This could also just be a mana regen issue that could be fixed by other changes)

Clarity would be really nice if it just had the int requirement.

Spirit gems

Elemental Conflux feels like it needs to give a static 10% elemental buff to damage and then do the remaining amount at random. To mitigate the "extra damage on tuesdays" feel.

What if Elemental Conflux Dealt an additional x% of the type of elemental damage delt as a random elemental type? That way the damage increase is static and you're always getting at least x%

I also see in your pob, you went to the direction of crit. How does it feel?

What about indeed the reward vs die penalty? Are you able to level up?

Personally I still see the point of MOM-CI combination without EB. However I see in your tree is out. What logic and benefit you could find out of this change? How much life-ES-Mana you have on what level?

Only way I could mildly save my damage tbh. It feels okay, but not good. Bosses still take longer than they should and sometimes monsters with lightning resistance can be a problem.

I'm able to use Archmage but Eldritch battery is DEAD.
Mana cost of stuff is too much, two abilities and mana two and man, they talk about combo but this fill just so bad to use mana pot every two abilities.
Boss fights are not so bad but need lots of preparing so you do not get one shot:
I have 280 Spirit, with crit build
To survive I use :
Convalescence with Ingenuity support gem, this way I can fully recover my Shield to full every 23 sec
Defensive Support gems:
Strong Hearted 50% less shock Duration
Warm Blooded 50% less Freeze duration
Cool Headed 50% less Ignite Duration
I use Arctic Armour with Bludgeon and Arm Length just knock everything out if I get touch.
I use Frost wall with Echo and cascade if in trouble I drop that so much ice will block any incoming damage and stop mobs from getting to me.
With this setup I do not die on boss fight.
As for damage I have notice to help with mana I did remove all cast speed and went for pure damage this way I cast less (less mana use ) but when I hit I do lots of damage
For example on spark Pinpoint Critical is insanely good 60% more crit chance, 30% less crit damage But I run cast on crit which go off every 5 sec
I can clear T16 np not as fast as before but Is OK for me only mana makes all very boring.
