Minion/Spectres build is now dead on arrival

The Oaksworn Unique Shield no longer provides +50 to Spirit, and now provides 50% increased Life Regeneration Rate.

Fixed a bug where Quality on Sceptres multiplied the amount of Spirit they granted instead of granting Quality to their inherent Skill.

So now there's no way to get a high amount of spirit for more minions due to scepters being nerfed.

I was only going to try spectres after the patch but why bother now? Thanks for destroying people that like playing minions.

Everything around the witch seems quite a bit fishy.

you probably got 460 spirit from increasing quality on a sceptre which can long no longer being increased. Reading is fun, try it some time.
