Achievements "All Ears" and "No Stone Unturned"

Hi, I'm trying to complete the following achievements in PoE 1 but I think they are bugged and problematic:
"All Ears" - Listen to all optional NPC dialogue as one character. "No Stone Unturned" - Discover all environmental lore as one character. I created a new character(Yacuy_HC_I) in HC just to finish up these achievements (and some other HC related), so I did go through every zone carefully and talked with every npc whenever I came back to town. "All Ears" is bugged BIG TIME, I have talked mutipliple times with differnt NPCs while having the achievements tab open and it just did not count. I do imagine there are some dialogues that are not included in the Achievement but exist due to new leagues being added to the core game, such as the dialogues with Sister Cassia. "No Stone Unturned" I would imagine it is bugged but I just got to maps, I thought this would only be Campaign related lore but because I still have more than 50 to go, I think there are things in maps. When I said they - the achievements - are problematic, I meant that they are IMPOSSIBLE to track what you've done or done. It's basicly a guessing game if you've interacted or not with something in the enviroment and where the missing ones are/ or could be at. --------------------------- TLDR: Achievement "All Ears" is bugged! - multiple dialogues did not count towards the completion. Avhievement "No Stone Unturned I believe it is bugged. - I imagine it should only be campaign lore enviroment, I can't tell whether that's true or false. - this achivement is impossible to be tracked what's done or left to be done Last bumped on Apr 29, 2025, 1:12:12 PM

did you have an excel file to track progress at all, reddit has the latest list and wiki has may be not update to date to-do-list

I earned No Stone Unturned three days ago. It doesn’t include any end-game Map content.
As far as I know, All Ears is not bugged. You are correct that NPCs added from prior challenge leagues were not added to the achievement. It would help a lot if you could post specific examples of NPCs & their dialogue options that haven’t appeared to count for you. "VPs are not required to change their posting style. They are still welcome to express their opinions and take part in any discussions they wish. Their only responsibility is to continue doing what they have always done - posting in a friendly and constructive manner."

"All Ears" quite often requires to portal back to town in mid of the quest , as the dialogue will be gone if you reached next quest step or finished the quest. " There's nothing available only from maps, though being at endgame can help a little. Both All Ears and No Stone Unturned have some things that are easily overlooked. Some examples for No Stone Unturned (spoilered at Sarno's suggestion:

Vaal Side Areas have lore at the end).

They only have a chance to spawn in an area. Being able to throw sacrifice fragments into the map device to open a random Vaal Side Area helps to finish those up iirc.
The lore available from the Library cannot all be obtained from a single visit.

There are over 15 books that can appear, but only a few are present in an instance, so it takes multiple visits.

Regarding "All Ears" I do not know which ones should count, so I didn't keep track but as it seems, I'm gonna have to do it over because @neohongkong#0222 mentioned a spreadsheet to keep track of stuff. " I found out about the Vaal Side areas on my own. There are 4 total I believe. But I did not know about FIFTEEN books in the Library. Gonna give that a go today. |

" As I said priorly, I just checked the Wiki and the fact that having to go back amidst the quest makes me furious. I know it makes some sense on the roleplay perpective but don't make that part - which is unrepatable and easily skipable - be part of a achievement. Sorry, I bit of venting.
