I had 30+ rares and two breaches. I got 11 splinters from one breach and zero from the other...

Did you tried to parry ?

Whats the rarity of your gear?

What was the rarity of the waystone you used?

Did you run a tower and put rarity into your waystones with tablets or irradiate the map?

Did you distill your waystone specifically with Distilled greed?

You can take a node in the atlas tree that has a small chance of having 10 breaches in a map when there would be one. I got over 200 splinters that run
