Tame Beast / Auras / Quadrilla not spawning with Haste Aura anymore

fixed a bug where players were able to grind for something they wanted

6 hours and didn't see any haste Aura on Quarila.

0.2.0E patch notes say "The Haste Aura Monster modifier no longer appears on monsters that are already fast." but its only written under Act 1 not act 3. and in act 3 it spawns on the boar (which is faster than the quadrilla) so im wondering maybe they specifically targeted quadrilla in a3
