You may be speaking to someone like me so I will reply.
POE 2 isn't even an ARPG as many people understand the term ARPG.

PoE2 is CLEARLY an ARPG, you guys don't even know what's an ARPG anymore and you don't even know what RPG is anymore.

All these players wants is to rush through the campaign, never farm/grind in the campaign, rush through maps and ignoring most loots, these kind of players were the one that begged for a rush in Diablo2 just so they can reach the endgame and duel all day. They don't even respect the game, all they want is their dopamine.

The real problem is the people who've played Path 1 for a decade, who've played every Diablo game, who've played every ARPG out there, and who are convinced the sole and only reason for the entire genre to exist is to make More Bigger Numbers.
Couldn't agree more. Also the "endgame is the only game" disease that carried over from MMORPGs.

The trouble is that PoE 1 and PoE 2 just don't have the same audiences at this point but there's not enough development resources to support both games at the moment. Someone's going to end up unhappy.

Look, part of the issue may be that it is called POE.

It looks and plays very similar to POE 1, so this is why it`s called POE(2). But it doesn`t have to be similar in SPEED as well.

This is exactly the point. If you`re also zooming here, where would the differences be then?

If you like just to brainless kills monsters, you already have POE1 for that.

And if you want to have PoE 1 itemization and balancing around trade, you already have PoE 1 for that. The game just simply won't work when trying to incorporate both slow, meaningful and tactical combat with PoE 1 itemization and designing balance around trade. PoE 2 will just simply become an abomination because it wont achieve anything. The slow, meaningful, action-combat isnt even that good and the itemization is fall behind alot from its predecessor.

Either the game fully embrace the design of slow, meaningful, tactical, action-combat game, meaning no more PoE 1 itemization, balance around trade, and all the time-based / speed-based / aoe-based mechanic of PoE 1 like breach, delirium, wisp, ritual. Or just simply become PoE 1 with prettier graphic and added dodge roll.

No, POE1 players do not have POE1 to play. There hasn't been a new update in nearly a year. It's dead until GGG shows otherwise.

This claim has been fabricated in the past few days just to pretend that the criticism toward the design direction is somehow "objectively" justified. I've played pretty much every big ARPG since Diablo 1. I don't agree with this idea at all. Rather, PoE 2 is making improvements to the ARPG formula that the genre desperately needs. The slower gameplay and difficult campaign aren't really even new things, and are rather a return to the roots of the genre.
