Is the constant disconnect issue even being looked at or acknowledged?

Posted a few times on here today its fair to say I'm hooked on the new POE but after today I'm going to have to put it down played for about 6 hours today or should I say tried to play in that time I have completed about 3 maps without disconnecting running out of gold to buy maps and fed up of using all my mats to make good maps also my trial disconnected lost that progress today has been a joke and the state the game or servers is also a joke right now when it crashes just lose everything every time do you actually have any clue what is doing it or will it be fixed any time soon? I am on a series X TV on game mode good Internet so def not an issue on my end and doing the whole story too endgame no crashes dawn of the hunt comes game ruined is it because new servers for hunt got added?

I've been disconnecting every few minutes for about 4 hours also. On series x also.

I wish they would spend some of their EA money on some new servers as its pretty much unplayable at the moment, doesn't seem to matter what time i choose to play as any EU server is borked.

This needs to be addressed asap :( disconnecting and losing xp and items found is no joke - feel like I may as well just stop playing until its sorted as its a waste of time

There's a 40+ page thread on the main forum about this and tons of smaller threads. So far I've seen absolutely no response from anyone at GGG support on any of them. I've also had this issue for 2 days. Not playing anymore because it's literally pointless till fixed.

Yeah Crash of Exile 2 has been very rough with the disconnects on series x for me. Its pretty much a waste of time to even try playing right now with all the lost progress.

But hey at least we will crash in smaller act 3 maps soon assuming you can even make it that far 🙄

Yes, they are still occurring and these cause rollbacks/loss of data. Literally just had a disconnect, was logged in longer before it happened today than yesterday but this has been happening since Sunday / Monday.

Yes disconnects are still happening though not as often as yesterday. Also getting failed to join any instances error message when trying to transition between zones.

EDIT: Spoke too soon crashes are starting to happen quite often again.

I take it back, it's just as often. Just finished corrupted nexus and the second the corruption boss died it disconnected causing me to lose the map portals and all the loot dropped. I'm done again for today, absolutely pointless playing.
