Where is the LOOT????????

i just defeated savanna t5 boss and it gave me 2 blues + scroll of wisdom. map had 80% rarity and my gear about 30%. i found 1 lesser jeweler orb during acts and 1 more on maps. 5 or 6 exalts total. i can't do this anymore. this patch left me broken hearted and with no hope for the future of poe

Loot needs a serious rebalance as soon as possible, it's just depressing how little upgrades and crafting materials / currency are dropping. Even if I wanted to trade, there's no currency dropping to allow it.

I'm at the beginning of cruel - I'm wearing gear from the beginning of the game. Can't progress or upgrade. Don't want to farm all day for a rare that isn't for my class.

I’m sure this needs to be tested but I’ve always been off put by the term

Rarity of items found.

Because depending on what they mean as you gain % it actually becomes harder to get better items.

I could see light radius being more valuable to your drop table than rarity.

But like I said, needs to be tested.

I didn't start seeing drops until I got about 70-90% rarity on gear.

Forcing players to have rarity in gear in order to drop any loot, what a genius idea :D

I have come to realize that they want to garbage collect.

The currency isnt going to drop as a whole orb.
You are going to be picking up socketed white items and calling back to town.

It why calling is free. cause DO IT MORE!
call back to town ... open a conversation with xyz break down the stuff in inventory. Accumulate the shards and make xyz orb.

So if you are on Jamanra an overtuned hit point bag.
And your gear + weapon + skill gem cant kill him in under 20 min.

In theory you could farm the Dreadnaught for hours and collect drops enough to socket your gear and then if you have lightning runes get some resists and then
farm there more and at some point in the future you will get a base to drop , and get enough orb fragments to upgrade your weapon, then you can try the boss.

Do what i did and no thanks and quit on principal.
I don't support time wasters or time wasting mechanics.

Ive been on maps for 2 days now and still have yet to see a chaos orb lol this patch is a joke, if its not a bullshit concept of parrying 100 mobs its 0 drops. How am i supposed to do t15 maps when i have no gear? Why dont you craft your gear, one would say, my reply, cause the currency doesnt drop either, this league is a total waste of time. GGG is the new Blizzard.They have zero concept of what the players want, they can shove their vision where the sun dont shine

That would effect the 'economy' as the devs have said prior in interviews. They want the game to be oriented around the same style of auction house system that ruined diablo 3 and destroyed any credibility they had with the fans at the time. The trade system is priority instead of legitimate loot drops. If loot dropped properly, then the fake market would get saturated. Some of the devs are min max economics players rather than ARPG players. They prefer business tycoon over a functional arpg. Just listen to the interviews and it explains why it works this way. You are supposed to be starved items to force you into using currency in the trade system. Everything is oriented around the trade system so the loot drops will never make any sense
