Even No Man's Sky devs can't come back from this
If you guys get to endgame, T1 and even T15 mobs are so fast they'll kill you instantly before you even get the chance to see them, and not just stuns that are the problem, these white mobs can literally one hit you.
Unless we revert back to 0.1 and start again the changes from there, me and my other friends will stay off of poe2 or GGG in general. They really messed up on this and I am sad as I thought I found a game me and my friends can waste our time for years. All that goodwill built up in 0.1 came crashing down in 0.2. We are playing a game to have fun and be entertained, make memories. Not get another job, if I wanted a 2nd job I should at least get paid for it. Last bumped on Apr 6, 2025, 7:16:57 AM

You also PAID for access to an EARLY ACCESS GAME.
I understand that may be hard for some people to grasp, but it's only version 0.2, take a deep breath and relax. POE2 right now is a rough cut gem in need of shaping and polishing. If you can't find some patience, why did you pay for it in the first place? You KNEW what was coming and you KNEW there were going to be rough patches. Why are you freaking out? I got the sauce.
POE2 enjoyer. |

Son, don't talk to me about patience, me and my friends are retired vets well on our 50s. And if you see history of my posts, you can see that I have been an avid defender of GGG in 0.1, they had a chance to fix the mob speed back in 0.1 but still didn't. As a matter of fact, they actually made it worst in 0.2, and now, they only reduced mob life. They had every chance to adjust the over-tuned mob speed, they did not and choose not to do so.

" You're missing the point. Everyone who bought the support packs did so hoping for a polished and well-designed game. What we're seeing instead is a lack of direction, lazy design choices, and very questionable decisions. People would be much more patient if: They didn't wait four months to nerf obviously broken mechanics. They didn't nerf things that weren't working at all—many of which actually needed buffs. They didn't make creating and leveling a new character such a frustrating experience. They nerfed overpowered endgame builds in a balanced way, instead of completely gutting them. For example, Stormweaver is still unusable even after completely restructuring skills, support gems, and the passive tree. Same goes for Infernalist and other builds. Right now, it feels like the only viable option is Huntress—and everyone is running the exact same build. Even that is underwhelming. So yes, we get that it's Early Access, we get that it's version 0.2. But the way things are being handled is setting off major red flags for the future. If something as basic as balance and nerfs is being done this poorly, what does that say about what's coming next? Whoever is in charge right now is clearly doing a poor and mediocre job. |

Then go play something else dude, if you think this won't get fixed.

If I had to guess, then 0.2 is not a continuation of 0.1.
It rather feels as if there was a version 0.05 which then was forked into two versions with two teams working on two different sets of classes and two types of balance. Hence everything the 0.1 team did is not present in 0.2, by that I mean most of the skill meta and legendary item balancing. Whatver team 0.1 did to turn version 0.05 into 0.1 is lost on 0.2 because it seemingly does not build on top of the lessons of 0.1 |
