Incinerate now has 25% less Ignite Duration (previously 50%).
Firestorm's Improved Bolts now have a Critical Hit Chance of 7% (previously 14%). Flameblast now has a 15 second Cooldown (previously none), and now has 75% more damage per Stage (previously 200%). It now has an Explosion radius of 0.6 metres per Stage (previously 0.4), and Quality now provides 0-20% more Cast Speed (previously 0-10%). -------------- I know we don't have the full picture yet....but.... This wasn't a nerf fest. This wasn't even beating a dead horse. This was literally breaking the horse in two, standing it back up in two separate halves, using a wrecking ball to knock over both halves, rolling the pieces down a hill into a river full of fast moving rapids, letting the halves fall over the waterfall, dragging the halves out of the lake once they hit the bottom of the falls, covering them with salt, setting them on fire, using a giant catapult to launch them into the stratosphere, letting them land, stomping all over the halves, then halving the halves to get a quartered horse, standing THOSE quarters up, then taking a chainsaw to them. Like I cannot even imagine a 15sec CD on flameblast of all spells. Not all flameblast users were abusing infernalists. Imagine lowering the crit chance on a fire skill (already known for godawful crit chance)...and it being targetted at firestorm....one of the WORST SPELLS IN THE GAME. Cause they lost their vision of what the game was suppose to be and decided to gut the entire level of fun and excitement for this patch/update. If you thought playing your current character in the new league is possible. I doubt it with all the nerfs and lack of buffs to things that really matter. Feels like Diablo 4 all over again.

So why should I keep playing this game and giving you money if you kill it every time I have fun, even when playing off meta builds? Nerfing everything is not the way.

It's like they targeted me specifically to nerf, lol wtf.
I spent days grinding for the everlasting gaze amulet, and they nerf it to the ground 😦 Ghostwrithe too, they just hate my build I guess The Pillar of the Caged God too, pretty much every item that made up my build is screwed, the gloves that gave me extra death effect, the amulet for lightning bonus skill, the death boots...All the nerfs to the herald skills, and my combos with ice strike. Weeks of testing and playing, finding combinations and items that work together all just gone POOF....poof.... |
