My character got hit by this bug some time ago and the only solution I found was to use the GGG-Client instead of the Steam-Client. i had same problem, i was on Paris server, tried alot of things, but then i changed to Amsterdam and it worked again, so just change server.

had this problem, changed from amsterdam eu to london eu, everything works againg, portal was still open

Switching servers helped me.

same problem, started after i connected filterblade filter through the game. even if i disable or delete this filter the problem still occurs. i cannot enter location approx 80% of tries. please help if anyone knows solution.

Does anyone have the same problem again? I found the problem about this "failed to join any instance" since yesterday. I dont use any vpn, i use steam client.

the same here... What is the most interesting - i can't use any character on DotH League. Standard is ok. Am I banned for the rest of the league or what?

Same here, that being said I changed network to phone hotspot and the game worked normally the second I got back to my wifi the error appears.

Edit: no longer have the issue.

Creating a new character and running to Clearfell Encampment made it work for me for whatever reason.
You may be able to just create a new character then relog to instance issue character.
