"Restore honour and grants you a boon" shrines

I've done the Trial of the Sekhemas several times with different characters and repeating it on existing ones, and every time I do this room reward I've noticed that it always, ALWAYS gives one of the same two boons, neither of which are even great, and has never once given me a different one.

Every single time it's given me either Restore x Honour on entering a Boss Room or Restore x Honour when you venerate a Maraketh Shrine. I've been brushing it off as bad rng for a while but at this point I'm seriously convinced there's something wrong with that room reward, where it can only give you one of these two boons.
