Omen of whittling bug

pretty sure t4 is lower than t5... or am I missing some obscure piece of logic?

I'm guessing it's based on the level of the gear required to roll the mod, and since T5 crit rolls on item level 59 and above as opposed to the mana leech that is level 68 it's removing the crit.
Maybe if we kept the old tiering nomenclature, you'd be able to see that T4 mana leech would be a T1 mana leech in PoE1 as opposed to the T2 crit, but why think about stuff like that.

ye, just watched a belton video and you seem to be correct... the level referred to on whittling is actually item level of the mod, so all this makes sense, tho its pretty bad design and even worse tooltip clarity of explanation.

so not a bug, just another poe2 dogshit.
