Ignited ground from incinerate interactions with whirlwind from spear.

If you use +fire skill levels to cast incinerate to creat burning ground and then use whirlwind on top of it , it will carry the damage of the +fire skills levels even if you change gears, but if you use any + spell/fire damage, skill or gear, it won't carry over . It's a bug in either front . And should be addressed .
