Mana Remnants and XP on death STEALTH NERFS!!

OK so two days ago, was playing my lvl 93 Infernalist using mana remnants. As you all know it reads that it should OVERFLOW mana. Well I started a new character and been leveling for two days and today I went back to play my exact same lvl 93 Infernalist from 2 days ago (april 27th) and now mana remnants wont overflow AT all.

Secondly, on my new character, I noticed that the -10% XP on death penalty got moved up to level 82 and above whereas before it was level 70. Coincidence?

Looks like GGG can't be trusted to do stealth nerfs on the back end without informing its players. Thats just utterly the most amateur move they could have ever pulled.

What else did they change?!
