Fire spells are fps dropping my PC

Theres something really wrong with the animations of fire spells, this happened on my old PC. and on my new PC. i cannot play fire builds because it legit drops my fps to 10-15 fps i dont have problems with other spells. but when i run into fire mobs. or when using SRS miniion fire spell. when i use VAAL Guard bomber spectres throwing fire grenades. it is unplayable. now i run frost minions and the game runs smooth.

Pls look into how many particles fire generates. cause something is really wrong there
