About Necromatic Talisman

Hello, I'm someone who enjoys playing minions. I've been wondering why the Necromantic Talisman doesn't seem very useful for boosting minion damage. Most people prefer to use an Amulet that increases Spirits and Skill levels instead.

Wouldn't it be better if the Necromantic Talisman could work like implanted gems, where you can choose to put it in a ring, off-hand, helmet, or something similar? That way, it would give minion builds more flexibility and variety. Thank you.
