what is this stacking debuff that keeps killing me?????

stacking to 100 and kills me every time in third round of chaos trial. practicing for 4th ascendancy and its a no go because i don't know what it is. i looked up corrupted blood and this is not what the icon is. did image search and nothing shows up. please someone help me out. on controller there is no explanation of buffs and debuffs on character. may need to zoom in on the icon, it looks completely different than when not zoomed in.

When you pick up a soul core you get that debuff, you need to place it in the stone altar to remove it.

thank you so much, i was messing around killing, lol cleared everything hoping the debuff would stop eventually. 4th ascendency here i come.
