Stuck at trial of chaos

Sooo i went today for trial of chaos 79, done it. Then went to fight with trial master, kill him.
After that i went to city, but i realise i didnt get points for my ascendancy. Went back thru portal and from then im stuck at loading screen. Please help me about it, im very disappoint because it happens second time.
My character name is: Pani_Wlocznia
Could you do something?

While reading through previous posts, I found a solution to this problem. Unfortunately, you’ll need two PS5 controllers. You have to connect a second player and create a new character for them in the same league. This will transport you to the starting location, which will load along with the new character. After that, you just need to complete the first area, and the problem will be solved. I hope this helps someone!

The two controller trick worked for my buddy when we were trying to do the trial of chaos.
