POE2: All of a sudden I could not pick up items, use checkpoints, waypoints or portals.

I had restarted the game and then shut down and restarted my computer, but still every time I am in the game, it is not functioning correctly. I am currently in the 2nd ACT, at the Spires stage. After I defeated the Spires of Deshar boss, the game started malfunctioning, and I could not pick up my loot or use the checkpoints or waypoint, and when I opened a portal, I could not walk through it and load to the Caravan hub.

I had the same thing: No looting, using waypoints or zoning. For me the problem seems to be a town portal still being up.

I just started to move and kill stuff till at a certain time the game kind of reset mid-dungeon (lost my map etc.) and suddenly I could pick up loot again and zone out.
