Map rollback issues

In the past few days, I have lost nearly 10div due to the map rollback problem, but the official did not fix the server problem in time, and there is no compensation for the players, is this the official attitude towards those of us who help you test the game? Is it worth an apology for the loss of players, I don't care what you have changed to the game in the new season, but isn't this the most basic thing in a game as far as server issues are concerned? Their servers being affected by DDoS attacks (if true) isn’t caused by them or failings on their end.

Yes!!! i have had the same problem where i run a map and it just kicks me and all the loot that i have gathered is lost. I had just got my first perfect jewelers orb ;(
