Passive points lost

i just reached lvl 90 i got a passive point then i tried to do some modefication on my tree so i respec 4 points to reallocate all the 5 points but when i tried to allocate them i found out that i lost 2 passive points now i only have 3 points.

Use the /passives chat command and post a screenshot.
