Character Frozen

My character becomes frozen whilst everything else is moving since the last update and I die, I cannot move or shoot the crossbow. This charactor which is a recreation is 11, but I cannot go back to town and put my stuff into my stash each time Ive had to dump my best stuff and reload a new character. Being frozen It has often occurred since the last update and I have restarted new characters to retry and it has not worked. please assist as I cannot play the game till this sis rectified. It is radicaly unfullfiling to continue to be restarting all the time and wanting to get into the game but its not a good outcome to be stuck all the time.

I forgot to say I have a
AMD Ryzen 5 5500 3.60 GHz
Windows 11
64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
The system sits within the required so Im not sure why its happening unless its an australian server? Please help I tried the Afinity suggestion but it did not work
