Trials of chaos and sekhemas

I have recently completed trials of chaos but I didn't get the 4 points and it only gave me 2 points from completing the trials of chaos when I should of got the 4 as I skipped the sekhemas trials, but to try and combat me not getting all 4 points from the trials of chaos I went back to trials of sekhemas and completed the trial only to find the whole area is bugged out i can't access the altar of ascendancy to get the missing 2 points and I can't go back and complete the trials of chaos as I've already done them, any help with this issue is appreciated thanks

For 2nd ascendancy you need barya with 2 floors lvl 45+ or ultimatum with 7 trials lvl 60+.

1st ascendancy is gained from trials of sekhemas at level 25ish, The next set from trials of chaos I skipped sekhemas to go for chaos as I find it easier then sekhemas, but I only got 2 points, I tried going back through sekhemas afterwards and I couldn't access the ascendancy alter in sekhemas as it was bugged
