Endgame maps tier bug. Cataclysm wake quest

I have recently completed a tier 2+ corrupted nexus and did not receive atlas points or quest completion. I should have been on tier 3+. Today I just finished a tier 3+ in a party with a friend and he got his atlas points. Still did not complete my 2+. At this point I should be on 4+.

Also the resistances on my gear are not stacking correctly. I take off my belt with 30% fire resistance and only 20% is adjusted.
