Poe1 passive tree bugged (possibly a visual bug?)

leveled up in a map and used it on this node --> https://imgur.com/a/SNjxGb9 .

When i picked the node and applied points, I looked at my tree again and it didn't show that i had it on the tree for some reason, even though i watched my armor and res increase and the benefits of the node stayed but its not showing visually on the tree.

Tried restarting my game and steam, nothing changed. I can refund the node below it when i shouldn't be able too. Seems like i straight up either lost a skill point from a bug, or it is visually bugged out for me.

Anyone ever had this problem and know a fix?

(edit - refunded some other points and it fixed itself, nevermind this post.)
