Ethernet is disabled when play POE

When I start POE, I lose my internet connection via LAN (Wi-Fi still works). It seems that POE corrupt the Ethernet driver. This happends when open POE, I can connect through LAN/Ethernet as long as I don't play POE.

This is not the modem/router problem because when I lose connection on my gaming laptop the other devices can still access the internet.

My ethernet driver is "Realtek PCIe Ethernet Controller Driver"

What process needs to happen to restore your LAN connection?
(exit game, reboot PC, disable/reenable network adapter)

This sounds like a 3rd party antivirus/firewall, or internet shield protection software or a chipset driver issue of sorts.

Are you able to use a command prompt and ping Google DNS 8.8.4.4 when you lose your LAN?

To restore my LAN connection, I need to close POE and wait for a short time (<1min) the LAN will works again.

I found that when I open POE, my LAN driver will disappear in the device manager list which make the LAN unavailable. However, if I close POE the driver will show up again.

When I lose my LAN connection, I lose the internet connection so I can't ping to anywhere.
