Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access.

There is already a thread about this, however my account is still receiving that message upon login since patch 0.2.0f. I contacted support, but they haven’t responded. I purchased 2 keys, 1 upon launch in Dec 2024 and another 2 days ago to no avail. Still no support. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on how to to contact GGG to get support?

I'm on Xbox, 4, 5 days without access to my account an counting since the patch they released. I've contacted support alot, no responses except the first time but no follow up. Can't login to get a code to potentially be at the top of the queue. Unfortunately this will probably take a while, all weekend an into next week I'm assuming. Very disappointing.
Bump, 6 days and counting, still looking for resolution.
I'm also on Xbox. 7 days and counting. Hopefully now that the holiday weekend is over they can get going here. I've also sent multiple emails an received nothing.
8 days now and counting. No access.
9 days and counting. Still no access.
