Stuck On loading screen,PLEASE GGG!!!!

Hi ... i was stuck on act 3 chimeral wetlands loading screen with my amazon last friday and couldn't login since.
But as i was reading the forum,i was aware of that im not the only one in fact,many people suffering with the same issue but with different locations.
Please look out for why we were stuck at these locations or why we were stuck at all in an infinite loop of loading screens,ty in advance,best regards.

I had this issue happened to me but came out the bug, I was always with friends with a bad internet connection at around 500miles away meaning another server for sure, weirdly hasn’t happened when in northern EU or Australia, to change you have to be at the MAIN menu and you will have the option with others, I suggest you switch few options and therefore making sure it prompts the “X” to Save when done… make sure you told your friend to Kick you out the party or leave the party to be alone, then quit the game with you (everyone who was in the game HAS to “quit game”) let YOU come back in the game first before all of them… I tried to switch characters, turning off internet, turning off console, delete reinstall, but this was the most efficient and 1/3 restart I would “gain” access to my character and then let my friends do that section and never jump back with them in that game, *restart new instances* and go hideout or encampment area act 1 not cruel… good luck

Problem is i did everything you just mentioned but i might add that :

i always play alone,playing party only when trading for a few sec.

Changed my inet from the one i had to a quadruple one in terms of speed,provider is strong and solid,never an outage or downtime,only 2 times,2x half hour in 6 years and i did it way before the new league.

Tried every server which is in eu,didn't work then i did all the same you said,still nothing.

Fix:

On character selection screen activate 2nd player as a guest and select the affected character with that controller. 1st controller needs to select another character on same server. Start the game. After login you can switch back to normal.
