Black screen flickering

After a small update today the vision on my screen now flickers to a black screen with the interface still showing. The game is not losing connection, it's not a hardware issue on my end. All the mechanics of the game are still functioning but i cant see anything. I have Un-installed and re-installed and it's still happening. I have also noticed that this gets stuck way longer than normal during boss fight.
