Regarding the issue with point top-up
In February, I encountered an error while making a top-up in POE2. I have already sent multiple emails to the customer service email address detailing the situation, but it has been two months now, and I still haven't received any response. I want to know if anyone is actually handling such issues. Please give me a clear and specific answer.
