My seeded breaches are gone?

So, I haven't done a ton of endgame maps, but what I have done is gone off in one direction and did a tower, and seeded it with 2 breach tablets and 1 precursor. I went off in an opposite direction and did the same with my expedition tablets. After the update tonight, my expedition area looks normal, whereas my breach area looks wiped clean of extra breaches, like there's only 2 or 3 rather than 25.
