When choosing "right" orientation for UI, you cannot use skill gem quality upgrades

In right orientation, you can't have the inventory and the skills up simultaneously and when you use a skill gem quality stone, switching over to the Skills tab deactivates the use.

This prevents any of your skills from being upgraded in quality.

In "centre" orientation, this doesn't occur.

(might affect "left" as well, haven't tested)
