Theory for trade bug

I've noticed an issue with trading where you receive a request for an item, but after inviting the person to your party they are unable to join. If you right-click their name it says to kick them from party, but they aren't actually in the party. I believe this happens when you send a party invite, and if you open one of your market tabs before they accept the party invite it causes the bug. By waiting for them to accept the invite, then navigating to the market tab, you will experience no issue. However, once you experience it, you will be unable to trade with them until you log out and log back in. I experienced this in standard mode, and I am still experiencing it in the most recent patch. Just sharing thoughts in case it helps.
