POE2 - Banner buff does not linger on teammate

Hi, i have noticed that there's an issue with the node 'Bannerman' which states "Banner buffs linger on you for 4 second after you leave the area" either does not work properly or miss described. Because both me and my friend have this nodes on but my friend does not get the linger buff after he leave the area (I am the one who cast Banner). If this work as intended , it should have stated that it only work on the one who casted it, because the term 'Banner buff linger on you' does not stated that it only works on the one who casted it.

It doesn't work unless you specifically leave the radius before the banner expires which is dumb. It also can't affect teammates which is dumb considering banners are literally aura buffs with a 'warlord' thematic.

Banners need attention badly. They're super cool, but mechanically terrible.
