Poe 2 stuck on loading screen

I can long onto my other characters but for some reason my huntress is soft locked on a loading screen for the chimeral wetlands. I’ve tried so many different times now to log in and nothing works.

I am having the same issue with the trial of chaos. ported out to trade and get stuck on loading screen when logging back in. have to wait 30 mins for the instant to reset.
lost my rewards both times. not pleased. |

What worked for me was having second controller and starting 2 player mode with lower level character. That way my main character was teleported to starting zone and i could resume playing

I logged onto another character played for about 15 to 20 minutes and then tried to log back onto my huntress and after a couple minutes it worked. I kept playing after and then logged out while I was in town and now I’m not having any more problems. I was able to log in right away today.
