Unfair explosion rate

I have purchased 9 season treasure chests in a row from the mall, and 8 of them are all character weapon skins, armor skins, and shoe skins. This is an unreasonable burst rate, and I have encountered a burst rate bug. I hope to receive compensation and reopen them.

That has the base rates of every MTX in the mystery box. There are no duplicates so every mystery box you opened increases the odds of every other MTX in the box. 8 armor/weapon MTX out of 9 is well within normal rates with a total of 55 MTX odds.

Asking for a refund on a gamble is like buying 10 lottery tickets, losing all 10, and then asking a cashier for a refund. Don't buy mystery chests if you don't want to gamble.

What I'm saying about compensation is not about seeking truth. This is angry rhetoric. What I'm asking for is that it's abnormal to have all the characters' skin on it continuously, and the probability of other things should be similar. It's not about having the same thing on it continuously, or even just changing the color when it comes out,
