Fix to serious stutters after last patch

If you are having serious freezing/stuttering issues after the last patch like I was (the game was basically unplayable) you may want to try this:

Go to Options/Graphics

Then scroll all the way down to Performance Metrics and set Graph Details to
Only primary graph.

This fixed the problem for me. So just wanted to share this possible solution for others who might be experiencing the same problem I was.
