Cannot load certain character.

My character name is Raterick and Xbox gamer tag is iiii Ratt iiii - i can load all other characters on account but when I try to load my level 21 witch in dawn of the hunt league it loads for 5 seconds and then my game completely crashes. The character was in Traitors passage and now saying he is in Ardura Cavern. Please help

Seems this issue is happening to a bunch of people, and they are ignoring. Me included.

Same thing just happened to me. I was playing with a friend, helping him through Act 1 and when he got off to go eat, I went back to continue my playthrough in Act 2. Loaded into the Halani gates and when my inventory was full, I portaled to the Caravan. Game crashed during portal. Now, every time I try to load any character in the Dawn of the Hunt League, it immediately crashes to dashboard. The new character I just created can load fine though. Just seems to be my other League characters that are FUBAR. Guess I'm starting a new character tonight then...

I am having the same issue. My character name is Azellaida level 18 Amazon on PC. Bought cosmetic game crashes. Tried to load back into the character crashes every time it's on loading screen. Other characters works fine. I so tired of this!!!

Just a follow up to my previous reply. I played on my newly created monk character last night, until I beat Count Geonor. After that, I closed the game for the night and left the Xbox unplugged, hoping the issue with the other characters was a local caching thing (it was not).

Anyway, booted back up today, new monk loaded fine. Proceeded to Act 2. Made my way through the Outskirts until I beat the Hyena boss. After that, portaled back to the outskirts camp and quit to character select. Loaded the new monk back up and everything was fine. Then, I proceeded to talk to Zarka and gain access to the Caravan.

The Moment I stepped foot onto the Caravan, the game crashed. Now when I try to load that monk character again, it has the same instant crash problem as my other 2 Dawn of the Hunt characters. All 3 are currently located on the Ardura Caravan in Act 2 and all 3 crash upon character load. It's got to be something with the caravan that's causing the crash (for me at least).

Anyone else notice their bricked characters also being on the Ardura Caravan?

UPDATE: GOT BACK IN!

Just on a whim, I decided to disable crossplay and change my server from the main menu. I switched it from Texas to Washington D.C. and have been able to load all 3 of my characters now!

Trying Changing from your current location to another at the top right. I changed from Texas to Washington as well and it worked
