High tier weapon Disappearing on weapon swap in map ? Please Help I'm giving up

While Mapping solo with a full inv I weapon swapped my 5 DIV wand (core stats:

65% increased Spell Damage
44% increased Chaos Damage
+29 to maximum Mana
+4 to Level of all Chaos Spell Skills
27% increased Critical Hit Chance for Spells
32% increased Cast Speed
)

To my Chiming staff to perform a Blink action and as i swapped my character didn't blink and upon swapping back to main setup my wand just disappeared ?????

GGG please help I did not grind so long to lose my best wand to a "Poe 2 Update bug".
