Trade issues Xbox

Hi I’m attempting to trade items and I can post items to trade website and even get the messages in game however I can’t physically trade with any players other than my friend the trade option and whisper option is grayed out for anyone other than him and i don’t seem to be receiving chat message from global,trade either?

I haven't used it, but check social message option in your main GGG account settings, maybe??
