Lightning conduit bug?

Testing this skill with full quality (20% chance to reapply shock when consuming) doesn't seem to be working? I see the skill consume the shock but it seems to never reapply it. I also tested with elemental focus and didnt see any differences. Should it also be able to reapply with elemental focus?

Is this a POE2 question? In Poe1 the lightning conduit spell can not aply the shock itself, and has a different quality than you have mentioned.

The transfigured gem can apply the shock, but also has a different quality than you have mentioned.

If elemental focus works the same as in POE1, I think it would prevent the shock from occurring at all when connected. Sounds like this is all different though. How much have you tested it? 20% is a fairly low amount.
