0.2.0e Hotfix

Description: All players will receive a boon that increases all damage. The boon starts at 25% at Level 1 and gradually decreases as the player levels up, reaching 0% at Level 60.

Note: The boon will scale down as players progress through the levels, with the maximum damage increase being 25% at Level 1 and decreasing to 0% at Level 60.
