FPS drops - turning off NVidia reflex and disabling foreground fps cap no longer fixing after patch.

Hi,

I am getting the same issue that many people have had where every few seconds my fps drops to around 20-30 and stutters around like that for a few seconds until going back up to normal levels. It doesn't matter how much is happening on screen, it still happens.

Before the patch there was a fix for this issue. I just disabled or enabled the foreground fps cap. (not sure which was around it was.) This fix is now no longer working though. Also many people have fixed the issue by disabling NVIDA reflex however that option is already locked to off for me.

Has anyone else discovered any new fixes yet?

Am I the only person who has been unable to resolve this with the usual fixes or something?

I've also tried switching to vulkan, it doesn't help me.
