Hexablast issue

I have been experiencing issues with this skill after the last patch update. The skill is no longer blasting any cursed monsters around me. However, it still uses mana and life to operate the skill. The health bars of the monsters also seem to remain the same and are not taking damage after activating the skill.

Has anyone else experienced the same issue?
